The Committee on Energy, Industry and Labor moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:
H. B. 3204 - " A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §11-21-10b, relating to allowing a credit against state personal income tax for the purchase of new wood or pellet stoves or wood pellets in certain circumstances."
